Prior To dispatch the meat is dry aged for 10 days, hand cut by our local butcher, wrapped and blast frozen immediately to maintain the nutrients and quality.

Your order is then hand packed in a specially designed insulated box and it is delivered straight to your door by courier at no extra cost.

We ship anywhere within the island of Ireland at no extra cost.

Restaurants and Chefs

We supply mountain lamb fresh – not frozen – straight from dry aging, direct to restaurants and chefs. Available between mid-July 2012 to 1st April 2013. Counties presently covered include Waterford, Cork, Tipperary, Wexford, Wicklow, Carlow, Kilkenny, Kildare and throughout Dublin.

Traceability

Full traceability of our lamb is guaranteed from farm to fork. Customers are more than welcome to come and see our farm firsthand. All of our lamb is packed and distributed from an abattoir approved by the Irish Department of Agriculture.
